Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lilac Moments, we understand that plans may change. Our policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

    • Cancellation charges, if any, depend on the service booked and vendor policies.

  2. Refunds
    • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

    • Refund processing time: 10–14 working days after approval.

  3. Non-Refundable Services

    • Certain services such as flight tickets, visa fees, or promotional offers may be non-refundable as per vendor terms.
