Delicious Cuisines such as Dal Bati churma, Ghewar, and kachori are some of the most famous cuisines. Rajasthani dishes are often served with a dollop of ghee or yoghurt, which helps balance the heat.
Rajasthani cuisine is high on red chili and gram flour is an important ingredient. Most of the Rajasthani snacks are deep-fried. Being a water-scarce area you will find less of green vegetables in their diet and water is replaced by curd or milk which enhances the taste. Signature Rajasthani dishes include Dal Baati Churma, Panchratna Dal, Papad ro Saag, Ker Sangri, Gatte ro Saag. It is also known for its snacks like Bikaneri bhujia, Mirchi bada and Kanda kachauri. Rajasthani Thali is a platter of various dishes that are served together on one plate. It is a complete meal that includes a variety of dishes like dal, bati, churma, kadhi, gatte ki sabzi, papad, and more. The thali is usually served on a large plate, and the dishes are served in small bowls.

Day 1
Arrival in Jaipur

Start your journey with an excursion to the historical and expansive Amber Fort. Later, visit the majestic Jaigarh Fort that houses the largest cannon on wheels in the world. Be dazed by the astonishing architecture of Hawa Mahal before shopping at the adjoining jewellery market, Johari Bazaar. Escort back to your hotel in Jaipur and relax for the night.
Day 3
Journey to Bikaner
Wake up to an early breakfast at the hotel. Get escorted to your next destination, Bikaner. Enjoy this once-in-a-while road journey from Jaipur to Bikaner. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and relax for the day. In the evening, get escorted to Karni Mata Temple which is known for thousands of rats in its premise. Explore the JUNAGARH FORT and know about Raja Rai Singh, one of Emperor Akbar’s most distinguished generals. After exploring the temple, get back to your hotel in Bikaner and relax for the night.

Jaisalmer
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and check out from your accomodation in Bikaner. Get escorted to the Royal city of Jaisalmer. As you reach your hotel in Jaisalmer, check in and relax for some time. Later, head out for a quick visit to the city attractions starting with the famous Jaisalmer Fort built by the founder of the Jaisalmer city, Rao Jaisal. Continue your journey to the famous havelis like Patwon ki Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli & more. As night begins to set in, enjoy spending some time at the Gadisar Lake. As the dusk falls, get back to the hotel in Jaisalmer for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Jaisalmer- Thar Desert
Wake up to a relaxing breakfast at your hotel. Enjoy the day at your own leisure. In the evening, Camel/Jeep safari in the Thar Desert is going to be the highlight of this day. Proceed to Sam Sand Dunes and enjoy the exciting experience of safari. Relish the picture-perfect sunset views and enjoy the folk music. Day 6
Journey to Jodhpur
Have a delectable breakfast in the morning and start your journey to Jodhpur via road. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and relax for a while. Jodhpur Sightseeing
Wake up to an early hearty breakfast at your hotel. On this day, we will explore some enchanting sights of Jodhpur. Start the day with a visit to the Sheesh mahal which is known for it’s mirror work of brightly painted religious figures cast in plaster. Later, head towards Phool Mahal and witness the most exorbitant of all the halls in the palace. In the evening, get transfered to the Moti Mahal, where the royal families held their audience. After exploring the sights, get back to your hotel in Jodhpur and relax for the night.
Day 8
Udaipur- City of Lakes
Have filling breakfast and get ready to check out from your hotel in Jodhpur. Get escorted to one of the loveliest cities in Rajasthan- Udaipur. Known for its lakes and rich history, Udaipur has many telling tales of the Rajput era. On reaching Udaipur, check into the hotel and have the day at your own leisure. Relax at your hotel or explore the neighborhood at your own pace. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 9
Udaipur Excursion
After breakfast, leave for a sightseeing tour around Udaipur. Begin the tour with a visit to Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. As the tour continues, visit attractions including Museum of folk art, famous for its wide collection of puppets, folk dresses, dolls, ornaments, paintings and folk musical instruments. Continue your visit to the City Palace which is known to be the biggest palace complex in India. In the evening, consider a fun-filled boat ride at Pichola Lake, the star attraction of Udaipur. Return to your hotel in Udaipur for comfortable overnight stay.
Day 10
Departure
On this day, you bid goodbye to this magical journey of Rajasthan. Pack your suitcase with exciting moments and mesmerising memories. Escort to the airport and board your flight back to Bangalore.
